- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY DMV including Jefferson City or Columbia. We waited over an hour to renew a driver's permit and were fourth in line. UNBELIEVABLE! The employees make no attempt to hurry. They are so slow and seem ridiculously uneducated. I hope they don't pay more than minimum wage. They would be better off firing the entire staff and starting over. I will avoid going back at all costs. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE IN THE MATTER!!!By Danielle Ferrell, July 31, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been in the Eldon License office numerous times. It is always extremely busy. The staff have always greeted me with a smile. They give me simple and concise directions for any needed documentation. They are all great. I don't know how they deal with some of the rude people they encounter but they don't lose their cool.
